Kathy Winings, Ed.D., is Professor of Religious Education and Ministry and Vice President for Academic Affairs at UTS. She is former Executive Director of the International Relief Friendship Foundation (IRFF), an international disaster relief and development agency, and a member of the Board of the Religious Education Association (REA). Her publications include Building Character through Service Learning (2002) and "Brain-based Learning, Neuroscience and Their Impact on One Religious Educator," Religious Education Journal, forthcoming.
