Kathy Winings, Ed.D., is Professor of Religious Education and Ministry and Vice President for Academic Affairs at UTS. She is former Executive Director of the International Relief Friendship Foundation (IRFF), an international disaster relief and development agency, and a member of the Board of the Religious Education Association (REA).
